CONFIGURABLE PROTECTOR SERIES

RK The RK protector series is designed for instruments which are part of a telecommunication system and located in a 19" cabinet. The protector series is composed of three types of cards with identical dimensions and fixations to be put in the enclosure TL4. The type of protection for each of these models is selected depending on the line which is to be protected.

The RK protector besides of being particularly made for 19" cabinets can be configured with any of the RK protection cards.

TL4 enclosure for the RK series

The enclosure TL4 is particularly designed to hold the protection modules RK. It offers sufficient space for four units, which can be of any of the three available types.

The format is for a 19" cabinet and it occupies only one UA unit, to which it is fixed with 2 screws.

MRC The MRC protection series are made for wall mounting. They consist of cartridges which can be pluged into the MRB bases. The MRC are available for point-to-point lines and BTN lines.

An typical example is a PABX with 4 lines mounted on the wall. In order to protect this PABX the MRB-TL/4 is fixed next to the PABX and then the MRC cardridges are pluged in. The MRC cartridges needed are selected according to the type of telephone line which is connected to the PABX (BTN, PP, ...).

MRB enclosure and base for the MRC series
The MRC plugable cartridges requires a base to which the protected lines are connected and where the cardridges are installed.

The base incorporates pressure terminals for the input and output connection of each lines, and for the holding of the cartridge.

It is available for 4 and 8 lines with PVC enclosure and transparent cover.
