CS2, CS4, CPM y PSE

CS2 / CS4: Modular protector series for usage in networks of 400V and 230V with discharge power of 65 kA, 40 kA, and 15 kA.

The protectors of the CS2 y CS4 series are multi-pole protectors available both for three-phase and single-phase networks. The CS2 y CS4 series is available with 65 kA, 40 kA and 15 kA discharge power. It incorporates visual indication of the state of the protector and is compatible with the BOS optical vigilance device for remote indication.

PSE: Double protection equipment with high discharge power and protection level Up of 1kV
The PSE devices with double protection assure in both the three-phase and single-phase versions a high discharge power against surge voltages in order to protect the connected equipment.

The system is connected serially with the installation, close to the equipment which is to be protected.

Its protection level is 1 kV and the the service continuity system provides an effective protection for the connected equipment.

The PSE uses common mode protection in the first step and in the following step it usescommon and differential mode protection.

The three steps of the PSE are formed by:

1º- One-pole protectors CS1 65 or CS140 with protection in common mode, consisting of 2 or 4 units for single-phase or three-phase circuits, respectivly.

2º- Inductors (choke reactors), 2 or 4 depending on the model.

3º- Modular single-phase or three-phase protector CS2 and CS4 with protection in common and differential mode.
